Experience

Dan has almost twenty years of experience working with companies in computer software and services, manufacturing and distribution, clean technology and life sciences. Dan specializes in working closely with venture-backed and entrepreneur-owned private companies.  As a partner in his previous firm, BDO USA, LLP, Dan served large multi-national public companies as well as venture-backed technology companies.  His experience uniquely positions him to serve Company’s throughout their entire life cycle.
