Experience

Luca has spent over ten years practicing public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Europe (Milan and London) and in San Jose, CA. He provides extensive reporting expertise in mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, initial public offerings, and secondary offerings. ?Luca’s experience also involves project management and coordination of large international audit teams at multiple locations. He is also well-versed in Sarbanes-Oxley and AS5 implementation.

Luca received his bachelor’s degree in Economy and Commerce from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Italy. He also earned a diploma in Accountancy in Milan. Luca is a Certified Public Accountant with the state of California.

Accomplishments

Luca served as an Army Lieutenant, 1st Regiment of Artillery, Fossano, Italy from 1996-1997 and managed and trained a full company of over 100 soldiers. He is fluent in Italian, English, French and Spanish.
