Marc Abrams founded and continues to lead SingerLewak’s Public Company business sector.

Experience

Marc has over 35 years of public accounting experience. Marc’s expertise includes audits of publicly held companies, initial public offerings, private offerings, corporate reorganizations and acquisitions, evaluating business plans, and litigation support. Marc has also served as an expert witness and has provided financial expertise in a number of cases.

Education & Affiliations

Marc graduated from American University in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is an active member of AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, and the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA).

Accomplishments

As an Associate Professor at USC, Marc taught financial statement analysis in the Graduate School of Accounting. He has authored various articles for the Los Angeles and Orange County Business Journals, among others. Marc was recently a speaker at the Capital Roundtable Reverse Merger Summit and appeared on the panel at the Reverse Merger & SPAC Summit in New York.
