Michael Cohen directs SingerLewak’s Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation and Litigation Support practice.

 

Experience

Michael has over 35 years of public accounting and consulting experience with business values, tax consequences, financing and funds-flow analysis for mergers, acquisitions and sales. He has substantial experience as a Certified Fraud Examiner in forensic accounting including fraud investigation, loss of income, and analysis of business contracts and of realty transactions. Michael is qualified as an expert witness in California and federal courts.
