Steve Grimaud is a partner in SingerLewak’s Assurance & Advisory practice.

Experience

Steve has over 25 years of professional experience with a wide range of businesses in California’s Silicon Valley.  He has assisted clients with initial and secondary public offerings, public and private debt offerings as well as with numerous SEC filings. Steve has also assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and the sell side.  Steve has considerable experience working with venture backed technology companies from their earliest stages to becoming larger multinational companies.

Education & Affiliations

After graduating from UCLA in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, he became certified to practice in California in 1985.  Prior to joining SingerLewak, Steve was an audit partner at Deloitte from 2000 until 2009.

Steve is a Past President of the Silicon Valley San Jose Chapter of the California Society of CPAs, and is an Advisory Board Member to both the San Jose State University and De Anza College Accounting Departments.
