Todd has nearly 13 years of prior Big 4 experience working with a wide variety of public and private companies, both entrepreneur-owned and investor-backed, as well as, high net worth individuals. In addition to possessing strong technical expertise covering a full range of corporate and flow through tax matters, Todd has extensive experience with FASB ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48), tax planning, research and compliance services.

Todd received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s of Business Taxation from USC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
