Public Company Executive Brief- New Accounting Rules for Fair Value Accounting.
Effective for years beginning after November 15, 2007 and for interim
periods within those years, new rules on accounting for fair market
value will be in effect. FASB 157 establishes a framework for measuring
fair value for GAAP reporters and expands disclosures about fair value

pronouncements that require or permit fair value measurements, with
