You know that planning for Census outreach is crucial to getting a complete count of all California’s residents – including the hardest-to-count populations in the country. But did you know that there are big funding opportunities for California community nonprofits to get involved with Census outreach? And you can use those funds to make sure all California residents – including your community – are counted.

You can learn more about the funding in your area at upcoming California Census meetings hosted by California Complete Count! While you’re there, you can also speak up for the importance of nonprofits as trusted and accessible messengers to hard-to-count communities.
At the workshop you will learn:

  • Timelines and deadlines
  • Census survey distribution plans
  • Rights and protections for survey respondents
  • How you can make sure your community is counted
