Dan has more than 25 years of experience in business entity taxation, including delivery and coordination of tax services to both public and privately held companies involving federal and multi-state income tax planning, consulting and compliance issues. He has extensive experience in assisting companies with income tax accounting issues, including FAS 109, FIN 48, and the tax implications of FAS 123R. Dan also provides consulting, planning and tax compliance services to individuals, particularly related to AMT and stock option planning and expatriate related tax matters.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major from San Jose State University in 1987 and he holds an MBA with an emphasis in Taxation from San Jose State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
