Jackie Smart is a Manager in SingerLewak’s Orange County Litigation & Valuation Services department.
Jackie Smart is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a forensic accountant in the Litigation & Valuation Services department at SingerLewak, LLP since 2012. Ms. Smart has prepared financial analyses for hundreds of legal matters and performs a wide range of forensic accounting and litigation consulting services. She has testified in arbitration as well as Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Court on cases involving business valuation and economic damages. Ms. Smart is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Ms. Smart’s experience in forensic accounting includes: fraud investigations; accounting for partnership and shareholder disputes; Alter Ego Liability; Ponzi schemes; breach of contract; lost profits; unjust enrichment; business valuations; Family Law; Loss of Earnings; and other economic damages calculations.

Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
