Norm graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1957 with honors. He is a member of AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, and the LA Certified Public Accountant Committee for Personal Financial Planning and Estate Planning. Norm is the founding member of the Los Angeles Certified Public Accountant/Business Manager’s Discussion Group.
Norm is active in the Concern Foundation for Cancer Research and has been a Jewish Big Brother. He is currently the Treasurer and Board member of California Jump$tart Coalition which is dedicated to improving financial literacy among school children.
