Assurance & Advisory
Rachel started public accounting with SingerLewak in the Assurance & Advisory practice in 1995. She provides financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and other advisory services and works with the executive team to provide perspective on business issues and identified risks. Her experience includes assisting companies with mergers and acquisitions, cash flow forecasts, bid rate analysis, and overhead analysis. As part of the firm’s in-house training program, Rachel has conducted numerous seminars on accounting, auditing and related subjects. She also serves on various committees within the firm.

Rachel is a member of AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, Construction Financial Management Association, and Financial Women International. Rachel graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountants Exam in 1995. In 2007, she passed the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional exam which covers construction accounting and reporting, tax matters, and surety issues.
